What we help with
Two focuses. One goal — you, feeling like yourself.
You're not alone
You're doing everything right. So why do you still feel this way?
You sleep, but wake up exhausted. You eat well and exercise, but the weight won't budge — especially around the middle. Your mood swings for no reason, and your drive, at work, at home, in your relationship, has quietly disappeared.
You mention it to your doctor. The labs come back and they say: "Everything looks normal." You leave the appointment wondering if it's all in your head. It's not.
Symptom checklist
- Persistent fatigue, even after a full night's sleep
- Belly-weight gain that won't respond to diet or exercise
- Mood swings, irritability, anxiety, or feeling flat
- Poor sleep, or waking between 2–4am
- New depression or loss of motivation
- Brain fog, poor memory, trouble concentrating
- Low libido or changes in sexual function
- Hot flashes or night sweats
- Hair thinning, dry skin, brittle nails
- A sense you've lost the version of yourself you used to be
The problem isn't you. Standard labs measure whether you land in a wide population range — not whether your hormones are optimal for your body. That's exactly what we fix.
Wait — why don't "normal" labs mean I'm fine?
One of the hardest parts of the hormone journey is the self-doubt. You know your body has shifted, but test after test comes back "normal" and provider after provider shrugs. You're not questioning it because it's in your head — you're questioning it because no one's given you real answers yet. Standard testing checks whether you fall in a wide population range, not whether your levels are right for you. BHRT asks a different question: what does your body actually need to feel its best? We use hormones molecularly identical to your own, test comprehensively, and adjust your protocol based on how you feel — not just the follow-up numbers.

Founder
Why I built this clinic.
It started with night sweats — the dead of winter, windows open just for relief, my side of the bed soaked every morning. Then the 1 p.m. nap showed up and stopped being optional. When I finally asked my doctor, he said it was just getting older — didn't even mention perimenopause. I made myself a promise not to accept that as normal. The first provider I found put me on a testosterone cream that did little, then billed me $250/month just to be their patient. That felt wrong. Eventually my aunt connected me to her clinic's medical director, who actually explained what was happening and recommended bioidentical pellet therapy. Within four weeks, my symptoms were gone. I knew I wasn't the only woman still searching for that answer — so we opened Healthy Outcomes Utah.

Medical Director
The expertise behind your results.
Andrea knows what it's like to need answers and not get them. A breast cancer survivor and longtime HRT user, she came to this work from the inside. She brings 27 years of women's health nursing to every appointment, most of it spent walking alongside women through the years that get overlooked — perimenopause, menopause, the shift after childbearing. Her cancer journey reinforced what she already believed: a healthy, energized body changes everything. Outside the clinic she's walking her golden retrievers, listening to an Audible, and being a grandmama
Not sure what kind of provider you even need?
Here's the short answer
Your OB/GYN handles reproductive and gynecological care — hormones can fall in scope, but most aren't BHRT-specialized. An endocrinologist focuses on thyroid, diabetes, and adrenal disorders — usually not the hormonal optimization perimenopause and menopause need. A hormone specialist like Healthy Outcomes Utah focuses specifically on hormonal balance, symptom resolution, and quality-of-life restoration. If you've been bounced between providers without answers, that's exactly who we're here for.
For him, too
BHRT isn't just for women.
Hormone decline hits men too, usually starting in the late 30s–40s. Low testosterone drives fatigue, muscle loss, weight gain, mood changes, and low libido — often written off as stress or aging.
We work with both men and women to find the imbalance and build a protocol that gets you back to feeling strong, clear, and like yourself.
Low testosterone can look like…
Fatigue
Muscle loss
Weight gain
Mood changes
Reduced sharpness
Low libido
FAQs
Questions, Answered honestly.
Are my symptoms real, or in my head?
Real, and documented. Fatigue, brain fog, mood changes, poor sleep, weight gain, and low libido are all well-known signs of hormonal imbalance — even when labs read "normal."
My doctor says my levels are normal. Am I still a candidate?
Often, yes. "Normal" lab ranges are based on wide population averages — not on what's optimal for your body.
Is BHRT safe?
Bioidentical hormones are molecularly identical to what your body naturally produces. When properly dosed and monitored, BHRT has a strong safety profile
